Scope:  These components were a manufacture-to-drawing project from a Defence customer. They are large sockets used in routine maintenance activities and are precisely sized for their application. The project involved a number of technical services starting with CNC Turning. We then manufactured an electrode to suit the drive pattern, and sparked this pattern into the parts in-house along with the drive square in the back of the parts. The components were delivered to one our approved suppliers for powder coating and finishing.
