Design and manufacture of an automated rubber cutting production machine.

Designed and manufactured in house, a purpose built PLC operated Ford Transit rear door seal, cut to length production machine, using abrasive wheel technology to cut to length the rubber component including a steel carrier, with a compound angle at each end, after the molding process.
